Work performed during Normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, shall be billed at the agreed to normal rate.

Unscheduled or emergency work performed between 5:00pm – 8:00pm weekdays will be billed at 1.5 times the normal business hours rate.

Unscheduled or emergency work performed between 8:00pm – 8:00am weekdays or between 5:00pm Friday and 8:00am Monday or anytime on holidays will be billed at 2.0 times the normal business hours rate.

    • New Year’s Day – January 1st
    • Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
    • Independence Day – July 4th
    • Labor Day – 1st Monday in September
    • Thanksgiving Day – 4th Thursday in November
    • Christmas Day – December 25th


The Services include Hamilton’s standard customer or technical support services in accordance with the Hamilton service support schedule then in effect.

Hamilton may amend the Support Schedule from time to time in its sole discretion which shall be effective when posted to Hamilton’s website. Hamilton may charge Customer its standard time and material rates for investigating and attempting to remedy service issues that are (a) related to unsupported services or (b) reasonably diagnosed by Hamilton as problems caused by Customer.
